The Flexbimec Art. 4080 Drum Mounted Pneumatic Grease Pump is a robust and reliable solution for high-pressure grease dispensing from 180 kg drums in automotive, industrial, and heavy-duty maintenance environments. The pump features a brass and aluminum alloy pneumatic motor with a hardened steel piston rod, designed for heavy-duty applications. Its gaskets and seals are compatible with most multipurpose greases (mineral oil-based) from NLGI 00 up to NLGI 3, ensuring versatility across different lubrication tasks.

With a compression ratio of 50:1, the pump generates an outlet pressure of 400 bar, providing smooth and efficient grease flow even for high-viscosity fluids. The delivery rate of 2900 g/min allows fast dispensing, while the 950 mm suction tube (Ø 28 mm) makes it compatible with standard 180 kg drums.
