Description

The Flexbimec Art. 2016 High Flow Tank Mounted Oil Transfer Pump is engineered for the efficient transfer of medium and high-viscosity oils, making it ideal for industrial installations, large workshops, and mobile service systems. Designed for demanding applications, this pneumatic pump is especially suitable for long-distance pumping exceeding 300 meters and for simultaneous oil supply to multiple dispensing points.

Featuring a 6:1 compression ratio, the pump delivers a high outlet pressure of up to 48 bar with an impressive flow rate of 32 L/min, ensuring fast and reliable oil transfer even under heavy-duty operating conditions. It operates with a compressed air supply of 2–8 bar and maintains consistent performance with controlled air consumption.

The pump is supplied as a complete tank-mounted system, including suction and delivery hoses with fittings, wall bracket, shank, and bung adapter, enabling quick installation and secure mounting on 208-liter drums. Robust construction and standard BSP connections allow seamless integration into centralized pipework or mobile oil distribution systems.
