The Flexbimec 4995W Drum Mounted Grease Pump Set is a complete, heavy-duty solution designed for high-pressure grease dispensing from 180 kg drums in automotive workshops, industrial maintenance, and heavy-duty service applications. Engineered for reliability and efficiency, this pump set ensures consistent grease delivery while minimizing air entrapment and product waste.

At the core of the system is a 50:1 pneumatic grease pump (Art. No. 4080), operating with a compressed air pressure range of 2–8 bar and delivering an outlet pressure of up to 400 bar. With a high delivery rate of 2900 g/min, the pump is ideal for demanding lubrication tasks. The 950 mm suction tube makes it perfectly suited for standard 180 kg grease drums.

The set includes a high-pressure grease control gun (Art. No. 4221) supplied with a 300 mm steel-braided rubber hose and 4-jaw hydraulic coupler for secure and precise grease application. A high-pressure rotating “Z” swivel allows 360° rotation on three axes, even under pressure, ensuring ease of use and reduced hose stress.

To ensure clean and efficient operation, the system is supplied with a metal drum cover (Art. No. 4308) and a rubber-edged follower plate (Art. No. 4319), which maintains constant grease level, prevents air pockets, and reduces grease residue on drum walls. A plastic bung adapter and lock ring provide secure vertical pump fixation on the drum.
